How to load/send a new Price List to Electrolux

  1. Download the empty form (template)

Run the download of the empty form from the web site to your local PC -in order to store in your PC the latest version of the form-, by using the menù items "Supplier" , and then "Xls template"

  2. Type your own data in the form

Type your own data in the form, or copy on this the data you have previously stored in another form of yours.

Do it without changing the structure of the original template, in order to guarantee to the loading program that the data are in their original position and in a SWInG-compatible version.

The only operation you can perform, unless you consider of course the typing of the figures, is the duplication of the Part Number rows that could be necessary to insert all your Part Numbers. The source form, in fact, has only a few lines, often they are not enough to cover all the range of the items for most of Suppliers. When doing this operation, please be careful to have all the Excel lines containing items (blank lines are not allowed) and, as last line, the unique row containing "End of Part lines".

  3. Load the Price List

Use the menù items "Supplier" and then "Price List upload".

Select the interested Electrolux Factory, locate in your PC -through the Browse button- the Price List you want to upload, and then click on "Import".

  4. Check the Price List

Now look at the Price List lines that have been loaded on your screen and check if everything is OK (little green icons on the left of each line). If there are errors, you don’t get the price lines but you will see red errors descriptions.

  5. Correct errors (if needed)

Read the error report in order to understand the reason. Then go back to your local Excel file and correct the figures according to the errors explanation. Once you have done this task, try to load again the Price list.

  6. Send the Price List to Electrolux

If no errors are reported, Import - Send the Price List by clicking the "Confirm" buttom.

Before sending the Price List you can add your personal remarks on the bottom, they will be stored in the Price List and will be readable by all the authorized people.

Now the Price List is on Electrolux side and it will be checked by the management and accepted (or rejected). In any case you will receive a formal automatic mail that informs you about that.

How to check the status of your Price List

Use the menù item "Supplier" and then "Price List check" to check the "status" of the Price Lists you sent Electrolux.

When the Price List is just loaded, the status is "Waiting for approval" that changes in "Approved" as soon as the Price List is approved by Electrolux. When this happens, together with the status change, a mail will be sent to the Supplier to inform him/her in a formal way that the Price List has been approved.
